60-ioschedulers.conf has incorrect values as of linux 5.x

Greetings,

The default /etc/udev/rules.d/60-ioschedulers.conf created by Manjaro-Architect has incorrect values in both lines. It should be mq-deadline instead of deadline and bfq instead of bfq-sq. Also a line for suggesting none for high-speed NVMe storages should be added.
