Corrupt PGP signature
The Manjaro setup script was working fine yesterday but recently this started happening during the portion of the script that installs the manjaro-architect package.
[manjaro-architect manjaro]# pacman -S manjaro-architect

Refreshing my pacman keys did not help either.
pacman-key --refresh-keys
Maybe a key recently expired? A temporary workaround is to edit /etc/pacman.conf and change the following SigLevel lines. This forces the installer to skip key checking.
SigLevel = Never
...
[extra]
SigLevel = Never
Include = /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist
Install the package.
pacman -S manjaro-architect
Then, change /etc/pacman.conf back to what it originally was before beginning the installation.
