Renaming ast_ES.po translation file to ast.po

Manjaro Hello does not show its dialogs in Asturian because is looking for an ast_ES locale instead of ast. Renaming ast_ES.po to ast.po fixes that problem and makes the application consistent with others.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
