Windows disappears from GRUB menu after kernel update

Created by: notramo

After removing, or installing a kernel in Manjaro Kernel Manager, Windows 7 disappears from GRUB menu. Running 'grub-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cfg' solve this problem. But a newbie cannot run programs from terminal. There is a bug reported at bugs.manjaro.org, but I think it is more important than "normal". Most people who use Windows in dual boot with Manjaro keeps Windows because they use it for something that Manjaro can't do (for example Windows games), and Windows is important for them.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
