Drivers are wrongly notified as properly installed

HOW TO REPRODUCE:

1. Disconnect from the Internet.
2. Using the Manjaro Settings Manager, try installing a driver.

RESULT: The screen says that the changes were made successfully, but if you click on "show details" you can actually see that the transaction failed.
