msm_kernel.so - LTS flags
Kernel version 15.x.x is not listed as a Longterm release kernel (LTS) although this has been officially publicised on https://www.kernel.org/category/releases.html
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
