Check if newer claimed kernel is already installed

We have this great feature to notify you if a newer kernel as current running one is available. You still get this message even if you already have that kernel installed as second one. So we have to check if there is a newer kernel as those installed available and not only if there is a newer kernel series available as the one you currently run.
Example: If you have linux315 latest installed it claims linux316 is available which you might have installed for testing purposes ...
