There is now an AUR package named [`pacman-mirrors`](https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/pacman-mirrors) created by [MSYS2](https://www.msys2.org/) for WSL. I've submitted a [deletion request](https://lists.archlinux.org/archives/list/aur-requests@lists.archlinux.org/thread/OLL4ENKRRYQL3F2ROG2POMC5G7FC4M63/), but that could take weeks or months to be addressed. Proposal: Rename `pacman-mirrors` to `manjaro-mirrors`.
