"Last refresh" time is totally misleading
Pamac has turned out to possess special magical powers, that allow checking for updates while being completely OFFLINE :)
Steps to reproduce:
- Don't use Manjaro for a day.
- Start the system without any internet connection (pull out WiFi router out of the wall outlet)
- Launch Pamac and open "Updates" tag
- The Pamac window shows "System is up-to-date" and current time.
Expected result: The screen should show:
- that currently there is no internet connection to check for updates
- the exact time and date, when the last updates' data was downloaded
