[mobile][10.1.x] Progress of refreshing Mirrors is only shown in main window

When you do a refresh of the mirror list, the feedback of the process is shown in the main window. This might be an issue on stacked windows on mobile. You won't see the main window at all. Most likely we should display a progress bar under the refresh mirrors button to have this visualized. In the forum we got more reports that people are pressing this button multiple times as they don't figure out that they started the process. Most likely that results into a hard crash of pamac not blocking multiple triggers of doing the refresh:
