Reduce the amount of UI compact/round factor imposed by themes

As an exemple to reduce the visual inconsistency with the install/uninstall/update icons, that seem to be influenced by the way themes use the compact and i guess some roundness factor for buttons, if was possible to prohibit or reduce that, will be a plus.

The difference is very slight, but makes the difference, and if considering what was posted on the forum from this point on, some themes take that compact/roundnessto extreme:

or even making those icons to have a misalignment

Not sure if making it fixed sizes will lead to other issues, or if possible to not follow the themes at all in that regard.
