pamac-cli `list` action unexpectedly cuts non-installed packages and shows only installed

What's not working
According to the man pamac
LIST
List packages, groups, repositories or files
and
pamac list -fake-arg | head -n16 | tail -n2
--repos, -r [repo(s)] : list all packages available in the given repos,
if no repo is given list all repos
and also
pamac list -fake-arg | head -n6 | tail -n1
--installed, -i : list installed packages
there is not mention that default package list will contain only installed packages, but it actually does.
