pamac misses some pending updates from AUR

What's not working

pamac seems to not get updates for some AUR packages. ex: it does show i have a pending update for telegram-desktop-bin but missed the update pending for google-chrome. this happens even after refreshing the databases.

How to reproduce?

i've google-chrome-stable v98.0.4758.80 installed. google-chrome-stable v98.0.4758.102 is pending when manually checked in https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/google-chrome. however when i invoke;

$ pamac checkupdates -a 4 available updates: imagemagick 7.1.0.24-1 -> 7.1.0.25-1 extra qbittorrent 4.4.0-2 -> 4.4.1-1 community telegram-desktop-bin 3.5.0-1 -> 3.5.2-1 AUR

i only get telegram-desktop-bin 3.5.2-1 from AUR as pending. refreshing the pamac database has no effect.
