pkill pamac-daemon as root edit /etc/pamac.conf as root and change

#EnableFlatpak

To

EnableFlatpak

Save the file and launch pamac-manager Enter pamac preferences -> 3rd party open a terminal and do cat /etc/pamac.conf note the option to EnableFlatpak is now disabled
