Problems with updates and consistency between displayed Repo/Aur packages

For the record; This is not manjaro, it is pure arch with cinnamon desktop and "adapta black eta maia" theme.

Updates: problem occurs when you have a package available to update/upgrade and you deselect it, if you continue the upgrade, even the deselected package(s) will be upgraded.

Consistency: "check boxes" for packages available to update/upgrade do not display the same behavior in std repos and aur, see attached images, I think they are self explanatory...

I believe the aur packages are displayed better with "small up arrow" when available and "clear box" when deselected, also the yellow crossed X is only good when you mark the package to be removed.
