Software Mode doesn't support unofficial repositories

When Software Mode is ON,

1. While searching for: the packages from unofficial repositories (which are added manually, like chaotic-aur) become unavailable, i.e. Pamac says "No packages found". Only when Software Mode is OFF they appear.

2. While updating: (already installed), these packages are listed in OS Updates but they have nothing to do with OS. So I don't know if there's an update of such an app unless I go through the list of OS Updates or turn OFF Software Mode.
