Installing a package from AUR as a non-sudoer fails with unhelpful output
I have given the main user on my machine access to pacman so I can do system updates as that user.
$ visudo
...
root ALL=(ALL) ALL
bradsk88 ALL = /usr/bin/pacman
...
If I run:
pamac install gitify-git
... as this "super" user, everything works fine.
But if I run it as my other user who has no elevated privileges.
$ pamac install gitify-git

Error: Failed to prepare transaction: Failed to clone gitify-git build files
It outputs "failed to clone" and some network errors.
This is not a git problem and it is not a network problem.
It is a permissions problem. But the error doesn't include any mention of permissions.
