[Pamac 9.3.0beta] Download status messed up when downloading [REPO].db/.files
OS: Manjaro (Testing branch) DE: Cinnamon, XFCE Pamac: 9.3.0beta
Issue: When Pamac GTK is downloading [REPO].db/.files files, it is getting a little bit crazy. The progress bar goes to full to partly full in a arbitrary percentage, then to full again, then partly full, etc. in cycle; plus, the number telling how much data has been downloaded for this file currently goes to a size that is just way too large, like ~300 MB for community.files (in reality, community.files is something like ~26 MB).
How to reproduce: It can be seen when, for example, you do a system upgrade or when you force to refresh databases.
Expected behavior: Pamac GTK should be telling the download progress accurately when it is downloading the [REPO].db/.files files. It is a regression compared to Pamac 9.2.2, which does not have this issue.
Misc.: When I do a system upgrade or when I refresh the package databases, the operation goes fine and ends successfully.
It is pretty funny to see, but it should not become a feature. lol
