I need to edit the grub menu manually each time to modify 'be' in 'be-latin1' to have directly the correct layout in the console.
The modification doesn't seems to affect Xorg (tested with XFCE and Plasma ISOs) and the layout is correct in Xorg too with be-latin1. But it's a problem in console-only ISOs like Architect.
Is it possible to replace 'be' by 'be-latin1' in file 'grub-theme/locales/keyboards' ?
