This commit adds the black linter to the project. The linter is configured to use the default settings. The linter is also added to the CONTRIBUTING.md instead of the manual explanation of formatting rules.

If you want to enforce a formatting-style like that, wouldn't it make much more sense to add a black
(https://black.readthedocs.io/en/stable/) script to poetry and also to enforce the compliance with it in CI? should I raise another PR to do so?
