Having the logs in /var/log/ is great, but after using the tools
for a while, it gets pretty filled with M-A-T logs.
So place the logs inside /var/log/manjaro-arm-tools/ instead.

By using the rootfs's pacman to generate the pkglist,
we no longer need pacman on the host system.

So change the pkglist command to be run inside
the rootfs and mv out the txt file so it's
placed like before.

There was a bug introduced when we changed the rpi4 kernel packages
to set the PARTUUID's themselves, that resulted in the PARTUUID not
actually being written when using tools and/or installer to install.
It only worked for already installed systems.

So change the sed argument in the tools to take account for this flaw.
And also fix the btrfs cmdline.txt line.

Since Ubuntu, which we use in the CI, does not have the polkitd group,
it results in some permissions from our overlays to not be correct
when building on the CI.
So instead of using group names, use group numbers.

0 = root, 102 = polkitd in Arch/Manjaro, polkitd group does not exist in Ubuntu,
so use group numbers instead for the CI's sake,
as both these groups exist by default in UBuntu.
102 is just the systemd-timesync1 group,
but it doesn't matter on the booted Manjaro system.

Pico wizard needs to use some policykit rules,
so make sure the rules.d folder has the correct permissions
of root:polkitd, but the contents still have root:root

This makes Pico Wizard work again, while still fixing the overlay issues in /usr.

The rpi3 is not compatible with the new GPT system.

So add both rpi3 and rpi4 profiles to the msdos devices, since the rpi3 also boots (normally) using the rpi4 images.

2 is esp
3 is root

Add Calamares OEM support

This adds the needed changes to implement Calamares OEM setup for our non-mobile GUI editions.

Minimal and Server editions will still use the OEM TUI and our Mobile editions still use their own setup stuff.

This also increases the extra space used in images from 300 to 600 MB.
