This module was disabled a couple of months ago during a cleanup.
But mkinitcpio seems to complain about missing it, when lvm2 is added to hooks.

So re-enable it as a module.

Perform the standard update to 5.19-rc1, adjust the patches
that no longer applied, drop the patches that have been
merged upstream, replace the Quartz64 development patches
with the yet-to-be-upstreamed patches picked from from the
Peter Geis' "linux-next" tree, drop the early RK3588 patches
because they need to be reworked for 5.19-rc1 by the author,
verify and adjust the final kernel configuration by enabling
new drivers as modules where appropriate, and import Furkan's
updated Motorcomm PHY and Orange Pi 4 LTS device tree patches
from the "linux-test" branch.
