Please add the thinkpad ACPI patch for recent Lenovo Thinkpad notebooks for dual-fan support

The patch, currently here: https://github.com/dvhart/linux-pdx86/commit/26c16f9d956f269bbc32e034e3ec11c4831137de adds support to control both fans on Thinkpad laptops through a single (common) hwmon/pwm file. As described in the patch, it is defensive, only activates on whitelisted models.
