Finnish (and French) compiled language files (.mo) are incorrect

In commit 2c0166dbe5aeeff709095ba73d57021aad02d03a a small fix was made to the French localization file. Unfortunately the file was compiled onto the Finnish .mo file. So now pacnew-checker speaks French to me in my Finnish system and the fix never made it into the French compiled file.
