i have just looked up "pacman-mirrors --help" and see you are right.

now, it should be ready for merge.

IMHO, "Before=systemd-user-sessions.service" is not needed any longer, because pacman-mirrors will run whenever a network connection is established.
"Before=systemd-user-sessions.service"  might even delay the boot process.

service start after a network connection has been established. this ensures that pacman-mirrors can work properly.

This is basically useless as mhwd-live and manjaro-live are started at the same time.

environment vars will be configured in desktop-settings/shared/skel
