added sample sync scripts

Merged Ghost User requested to merge (removed):master into master

Run sync scripts at different intervals

Stable don't need sync as often as unstable or testing

Suggested sync intervals is just suggestions.

But stable branch should update a least twice a day to push security and bugfixes.
