This is to update all the ARM device downloads to the new 19.06 version.
Some devices have been removed from the download options, oc2 and rock64.
New ones have been added, on2, rockpi4 and rockpro64.
I might have made a mistake when doing the switch from oc2 to on2. Oc2 should be disabled, while on2 should be enabled.
