/system-update file is always created when automatic download is enabled
After a few hours of desperate looking why my machine always takes 2 boots to come up, I've found that I have the "Automatic Download" enabled.
In https://gitlab.manjaro.org/applications/libpamac/-/blob/master/src/alpm_utils.vala#L517 the file /system-update
is created when it automatically downloads updates. After manually updating, this file is not removed, so the system boots twice.
Is this the intended behavior? From my understanding, "downloading" updates is not the same as "applying" updates.
And does pamac/systemd actually support this systemd-update process, meaning, does it apply the downloaded updates?
