Added the Manjara Applications Utility
The feature of only showing the Calamares install button is used the same way - to display an Applications button when launched after install.
Two json files is used for a default and a advanced application scenario.
Customized json files can be placed in the skel .config folder and will be preferred over the files that is installed.
The PKGBUILD has yet to be adapted to include the new json files and also some settings has been added to preferences.json.
