-small cleanup -fixed RtcLocalCheckBox leaving apply button highlighted after ticking it, leaving and reentering time and date window -fixed NtpEnabledCheckBox not highlighting apply button -fixed if RtcLocalCheckBox is set to true then apply button is highlited on startup
