-small cleanup -style consolidation -fixed RtcLocalCheckBox leaving apply button highlighted after ticking it and leaving and reentering time and date window -fixed NtpEnabledCheckBox not highlighting apply button -fixed if RtcLocalCheckBox is set to true then apply button is highlited on startup -fix #111 (closed) -closes #117 -data cleanup
