I propose a new way to handle the documentation of pacman-mirrors by using MkDocs. It provides an easy way to have a documentation based on Markdown files. So, I have changed some of our "rst" files to "md". It results in an easier way to write the documentation of pacman-mirrors wich was abandoned. @Kirek is it ok for you?
