Pamac indicates and chooses update of package that is on ignore list

Expected outcome: No indication for an ignored package and the Update section should not mark the package for install/update.

How to reproduce?

• Boot and Login
• Indicator shows an update is available
• Start Pamac
• The Update section shows an update that should be unmarked and ignored, because it's on the ignore list (IgnorePkg entry in pacman.conf; that used to work fine)

The package in this case is the "waydroid-image" from AUR.
