Pamac 10.0.4-2 not showing any updates

I have an issues with Pamac 10.0.4-2.

there are actually multiple issues:

• GUI doesn't show any updates, however pacman -Syu shows plenty of them (# 1 in picture)
• pamac cli doesn't show any updates when pamac checkupdates is executed (# 2 in picture)
• pamac update shows plenty of updates (# 3 in picture)

Approx. 2 weeks ago I updated manually via pacman (and also refreshed mirrors list), however it doesn't have access to AUR so any AUR package was not automatically updated.

According to pamac log, last time I updated via pamac was approx. a month ago:

PS: I'm newbie. This is not my primary system, however I would very much use it more often. Just need to solve my gaming needs.
