The mainline linux-aarch64 kernel does not have great drivers for the wifi and bluetooth modules you can get to these boards,
so switch to the linux-pinebookpro kernel, since that has much better support for it.

Move these packages around, since they are actually device specific and not specific to plasma mobile.
Remember, the services needs to be started from the tools after this change.

Switch to the linux-rpi4-mainline kernel, which is the 5.4 branch from Raspberry Pi, instead of using pure mainline.
Some stuff, like v3d, still does not work right on mainline, so using the rpi tree directly should enable that.
