- move 'ofonoctl' to plamo profiles
- remove lightdm
- enable phosh service

Darksky mentioned that these editions are no longer in use and was created for a very special usecase. So remove them from the official profiles.

Users of these profiles can maintain a local custom version if they desire, but some of the packages might go missing from the repo at some point.

Move these packages around, since they are actually device specific and not specific to plasma mobile.
Remember, the services needs to be started from the tools after this change.

Add eg25, ofonoctl and telepathy-ofono, which should hopefully get mobile broadband working.
Also enable the services for eg25 and ofonoctl.
Add back spacebar app aswell.

Ofono is the software controlling the calls and texting functions.
So enabling the ofono.service should make it possible for apps to talk to wwan hardware.

Add plasma-nm to fix notifiaction bar
Add plasma-pa to have audio system
Remove /etc/environment file and use a custom kwinwrapper instead
Add NetworkManager and bluetooth to services and reove networkd and dhcpcd services
