UBPorts Pinephone won't boot last two most recent Alpha2 images
I've downloaded both Manjaro-ARM-phosh-pinephone-alpha2-20200819.img
and Manjaro-ARM-phosh-pinephone-alpha2-20200822.img
and flashed them to a MicroSDHC card which I have used to boot distros from many times on my Pinephone UBPorts edition. I've checked the SHA1 hashes on each to make sure the files are not corrupt.
clinton@clinton-desktop:~/bin/Pinephone$ sudo dd if=Manjaro-ARM-phosh-pinephone-alpha2-20200822.img of=/dev/sdd bs=1M status=progress
is the way I'm flashing the images to the card—my PC recognizes the created partitions just fine. And yet when I power on my device with the card inserted, I get the red light for about 2 seconds, alongside the backlight turning on before the phone goes dead.
Is there a hardware-compatibility problem here? The phone works just fine with other distros, and the onboard UBPorts installation.
