Beta 9, 10 and 11 - does not switch to incoming call when sceen is locked

1. Initiate a call to the "sleeping" PinePhone
2. PinePhone starts to ring during the first calling tone.
3. Accept the call from the appeared window.
4. Total silence on both sides
5. Expected result - voice can be heard on both sides
6. Workaround: If you are fast, unlock the screen, the dialer window appears, switch to the active call from the corresponding window.
