[Pinephone] Volume change info window is huge
SUMMARY
Changing volume level using the rocker buttons on Pinephone displays a volume slider that covers more than half of the screen.
DETAILS
While the device is unlocked, using the rocker buttons to change the volume level displays an info window with the volume slider. This window is comically oversized, taking up 3/4 of the screen. Weirdly, the volume slider on the lock screen seems to be perfectly reasonable in its positioning and size.
EXPECTATION
Volume info window is reasonably sized, positioned out of the way, and is consistent in its presentation regardless of where it is being presented.
REPRODUCTION
- Wake Pinephone to the lock screen.
- Change the volume with the rocker buttons, note that the volume slider is small and at the top of the screen.
- Unlock Pinephone
- Change the volume with the rocker buttons, note that the volume slider takes up a huge amount of the screen and appears to be anchored to the bottom?
SEVERITY
Minor: This is a UI/UX consistency issue, but the volume buttons, volume level, and speaker output all appear to be working just fine.
