Drop the dp alt mode patches

Drop the patches that enable the sometimes working, but mostly broken DP Altmode on the Pinebook Pro and RockPro64 devices.

This MR is the result of a conversation between @dragan-simic and I.

The current DP Altmode is broken. Some times it works, some times it does not. Often it has never worked for people. I know some people use it, maybe even rely on it, but I don't think we can keep adding this broken feature.

We have considered dropping this broken feature for at least a year now and I think it's finally time. So if we accept this MR, DP Altmode will no longer work with kernel 5.18 and above.

Megi will likely still keep adding it to his kernel, so if you rely on it, you can compile his source instead of ours.
