With this we switch from extlinux to boot.txt. So we have the similar approach as we already use with PP. This brings also LED flashing and vibration on boot.
It's primarily based on our work in the regular Pinephone uboot package 1 and the Pinephone Pro uboot package from Danct12 2. But it also contains modifications from @dragan-simic 3. Thanks.
