bashrc-manjaro: bash-completion is not working
I'm not sure whether or not to file this issue here. But there's no bashrc-manjaro
package on this gitlab instance, so I guess this is the closest project related to it.
The current bashrc of manjaro (GNOME) is using the following line:
[ -r /usr/share/bash-completion/bash_completion ] && . /usr/share/bash-completion/bash_completion
However, this line will not work, as all bash completions are located in /usr/share/bash-completion/completions
and there's no bash-compatible shell script at the given path. The bash_completion
file does not exist.
Comparing it with my Arch Linux installations, the bash_completion
file exists at /usr/share/bash-completion/bash_completion
.
As the completion file is shipped in manjaro/arch via the bash-completion
package, maybe it makes sense to depend on it when the default bashrc-manjaro
package also relies on it?
