Utilize osdn to serve a *latest* url

The changes utilize the osdn provided project webs to serve a link to the latest stable ISO.

Add shell.osdn.net to your ~/.ssh/config using the same credentials as the storage server.

A link is only generated when conditions are met

• stable branch
• full iso (extra=true)

Folders and redirects for active releases has been created at

• shell.osdn.net:/home/groups/m/ma/manjaro/htdocs/$profile/latest
• shell.osdn.net:/home/groups/m/ma/manjaro-community/htdocs/$profile/latest
