This is our fourth point release for our stable 0.12 series. Followed fixes were added:

• [util-iso-image] reconfigure styling for QT 5.7
• [buildpkg] change owner of pkg_dir after creation
• [util-*] use given primary group of user in chown cmd
• [util-iso-image] remove double line when only styles get installed
• [buildiso] don't preconfigure vm.swappiness in sysctl
