This is our first point release for our stable 0.13 series. Followed fixes were added:

• [util-iso-image] qt vars: add deepin, avoid double entry
• [lib-util-cal] update the chrootcfg writing
• [buildiso] don't preconfigure vm.swappiness in sysctl
• [util-*] use given primary group of user in chown cmd
• [buildpkg] use given primary group of user in chown cmd
• [util-iso-image] reconfigure styling for QT 5.7
