With this release we added all needs to prepare Manjaro 15.09:

• manjaro-tools.conf: Add some information about iso_compression
• util-iso-calamares: Always create configuration files for thus and calamares
• [manjaro-chroot] needs check for lvm
• [util-livecd] delete if /etc/machineid exists
• Use Linux 4.1 and overlayfs by default
• Update cflags
• add session fluxbox
• [util-iso-boot] efi binaries are now part of 'manjaro-tools-efiboot'
