And also take out unneeded stuff from appletrc.

These should make it use Breeze Dark by default and our wallpaper.
But the wallpaper is not the correct dimensions, so it gets cut off.

Kvantum theme changed name to kvantum-theme-matchama, so change it in the profile and hhopefully in the overlay.

Manjaro KDE will change theme to Breath2 in an upcoming release, so we follow that.
This also fixes the issue where window control buttons would not appear on the first opened window of the boot.

Add plasma-nm to fix notifiaction bar
Add plasma-pa to have audio system
Remove /etc/environment file and use a custom kwinwrapper instead
Add NetworkManager and bluetooth to services and reove networkd and dhcpcd services
