I'm confused.

plasma-phonebook, plasma-settings and qmlkonsole does not have any non-git packages yet. So why enable them in a profile? Are tagged releases of these on the horizon?

those are all in the [mobile] repo, which you activate via -o switch. Please consult @oberon regarding Plamo images.
