Pamac's GUI does not honor XFCE's window manager's theme
Pamac's GUI does not honor XFCE's window manager's theme. You can easily reproduce this as follows: Fetch the current manjaro-xfce-22.1.3-230529-linux61 ISO and boot it up (a VM will do). Open Settings/Window Manager and change the theme from Matcha-sea to something visibly different, e.g. Kokodi. Open an application such as XFCE Term to confirm that the window button style has indeed changed (in fact it will change on the fly). Now open Pamac's GUI ("add/remove software"), and it still uses the Matcha-sea window button style. Any changes to the Window Manager theme are ignored. On a full installation, this also holds after re-logons and reboots.
I tried this with Pamac 10.5.1-1 and 11.0.1-2; same behavior.
