Office installer config

Essentially this makes it possible to include the office_installer on minimal isos as well.

• Changed profile.conf to make office_installer a setting - default to false
• Change Packages-Mhwd tags for office packages to read >office
• Added -o argument to buildiso to activate office_installer per build
• Modified util.sh and util-yaml.sh to handle the config
